Abstract

Eine Fallstudie über das Unternehmen Grain de Sail, das seit 2010 im Hafen von Morlaix in der Bretagne tätig ist und eine Strategie verfolgt, die darin besteht, hochwertigen Kaffee und Schokolade aus landwirtschaftlichen Rohstoffen herzustellen, die von einem transatlantischen Transportsegelboot transportiert werden. Zwischen „Retro-Innovation" und CSR-Strategie positioniert das Unternehmen seine Verkaufspreismargen in Bezug auf seine Zwecke und den ethischen Anspruch der Verbraucher.
