Abstract

L'approche des capacités dynamiques managériales s'est dotée au fil des années de deux perspectives : la perspective cognitive et la perspective psychologique. L'objet de cette recherche est d'articuler ces deux perspectives afin de comprendre comment un dirigeant mobilise ses compétences cognitives et psychologiques pour construire des capacités dynamiques. Pour ce faire, nous avons mené une recherche qualitative longitudinale et rétrospective à travers la démarche de l'étude de cas. Le cas choisi est celui de Steve Jobs. Nous avons étudié deux capacités dynamiques : celle liée à la restructuration d'entreprises (Pixar et Apple) et celle liée au développement de nouveaux produits (Toy Story et l'iPhone).
