Abstract

Les enjeux environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance ont donné progressivement lieu à une prise de conscience collective des limites du modèle économique classique qui prône une approche purement financière (Auvray et al., 2022). Cette prise de conscience s'est intensifiée avec la crise financière de 2007-2008 qui a affaibli la confiance de la société envers les institutions financières traditionnelles et engendré des coûts d'instabilité pour la société (Jeffers, 2015). La légitimité des acteurs de la finance traditionnelle pour financer l'économie réelle et pour tenir compte de l'ensemble des parties prenantes a été questionnée. L'observation de la sous-évaluation du risque et de pratiques non-éthiques de certains agents financiers (Gadioux, 2010) a conduit le secteur financier à débuter une mutation vers une finance plus responsable et durable (e.g. Fatemi, Fooladi, 2013 ; Lagoarde-Segot, 2014). L'innovation nous semble consubstantielle de cette finance plus contemporaine, sous le vocable de finance durable et soutenable. Mais que recouvre la finance durable ? [...]
