Abstract

Le fait d'avoir une pratique centrée sur le patient (ou PCC) est reconnu comme permettant d'améliorer la qualité et la continuité des soins. La sécurité culturelle, en offrant la possibilité aux soignants d'entrer dans une démarche réflexive est un vecteur du PPC. Cependant, notre étude montre que ses effets ne sont pas neutres sur ces derniers et que sans soutien de l'organisation, il peut être difficile pour eux de continuer à pratiquer. Ainsi, bien que cette communication reconnaisse l'importance du PCC, elle souligne le rôle primordial de l'organisation ainsi que sa responsabilité dans l'accompagnement de ses professionnels de santé.
