Numérique, télétravail et facteurs psychosociaux de risque au travail

Abstract

Après une première enquête quantitative auprès de 1152 agent.es territoriales et territoriaux menée en 2012 portant sur les effets des usages numériques sur le travail et sur la santé au travail, nous avons mené une nouvelle enquête en 2020, avec le soutien de l'Observatoire de la Mutuelle Nationale Territoriale en partenariat avec l'Association des Ingénieurs Territoriaux, portant cette fois uniquement sur les ingénieur.es territoriales et territoriaux. En mettant en relation les résultats de cette enquête avec ceux de la précédente ainsi qu'avec des résultats extraits de l'enquête Sumer (surveillance médicale des expositions des salarié.es aux risques professionnelles) 2016-2017 de la Dares (ministère du travail), nous donnons à voir des informations inédites sur les évolutions du vécu d'échantillons de cadres territoriaux sur près de dix ans ainsi que sur leurs rapports hétérogènes à la perspective d'une pérennisation du travail à distance.
