Abstract

Le diagnostic financier s'appuie sur des outils pratiques qui permettent d'évaluer la santé financière de l'entreprise et sa pérennité, ou au contraire ses éventuelles difficultés, dans une logique d'interrelations entre les choix stratégiques effectués, les chiffres comptables et l'image externe rendue par les investisseurs. Cet ouvrage apporte un éclairage méthodologique sur l'analyse stratégique, le caractère décisif de la rentabilité et les capteurs de perception boursière, pour comprendre et analyser : les stratégies préservatrices d'avantages concurrentiels ; la réussite boursière d'une société ; les fondamentaux comptables du diagnostic financier ; les taux de rentabilité incluant des indicateurs alternatifs de performance ; les variables dont dépend l'enrichissement de l'entreprise et de ses parties prenantes. De nombreuses applications financières et boursières, sur plus de 100 sociétés réelles, ainsi que des tests empiriques sectoriels pointant les stratégies payantes, donnent les outils pour mener un diagnostic fiable et exhaustif. Ce livre s'adresse aux étudiants en Finance, Management et Comptabilité financière ainsi qu'aux professionnels des expertises financières, des bureaux d'études économiques et des analyses boursières et sectorielles.
