Abstract

La simulation de gestion ou jeu d'entreprise est un outil reconnu et largement utilisé en écoled'ingénieur comme en Institut Universitaire de Technologie. Son grand succès tient au fait queles étudiants, débutants comme experts en gestion, apprennent rapidement, dans l'action, toutesles interactions existant entre les différents domaines de la gestion. Cependant, cet outil peutposer des questions d'ordre idéologique. En effet, les entreprises, en concurrence, suivent laplupart du temps des objectifs de gestion liés au modèle libéral : atteindre la meilleure part demarché, la meilleure rentabilité ou la croissance la plus importante. Or, ces objectifs sont-ilsexportables tels quels dans un pays d'Amérique Latine tel que le Venezuela ? Après avoirexposé cette question, une autre forme de jeu sera proposée.
