Former les futurs managers au retour d'expérience : le cas d'un dispositif ludopédagogique universitaire s'appuyant sur les wargames sur table

Abstract

Notre communication présente un dispositif ludopédagogique destiné à la formation des étudiants futurs managers au retour d'expérience (RETEX). S'appuyant sur des wargames, il intègre un référentiel de compétences complet et a été expérimenté dans le cadre de deux enseignements sur le RETEX : le 1 er en 2021 avec des étudiants de Licence 1/2 et le 2 nd en 2022 avec des étudiants de Master 2. L'évaluation de la formation selon le modèle de Kirkpatrick nous a permis de démontrer la pertinence du dispositif grâce à des résultats particulièrement élevés concernant le ressenti des étudiants sur les deux niveaux du modèle mesurés (réaction et apprentissage). De plus, la mise en place d'un test diagnostique et d'un contrôle final identiques avec le groupe de Master 2, a démontré également une réelle acquisition de connaissances avec une moyenne passant de 3,9/10 (test diagnostique) à 8,8/10 (test final).
