Abstract

Cet article propose une nouvelle méthode ("CORE" pour COnfrontation de REprésentations) permettant d'aboutir à la constitution d'un portefeuille de projets SI. Celle-ci s'inspire de la méthode SODA developpé par l'équipe du professeur Eden. La cartographie cognitive, autorisant la communication d'idées complexes entre managers et la structuration de la pensée, constitue l'outil principal de la méthode. Celle-ci a été appliquée avec succès dans trois organisations. A la fin de l'article, nous discutons des résultats auxquels la méthode a permis d'aboutir, car même si ceux-ci semblent démontrer la pertinence de la méthode ainsi que l'adéquation de la cartographie cognitive au problème de la planification des SI, il n'en reste pas moins qu'il est nécessaire de s'interroger sur la nature du consensus final obtenu auprès des participants aux expérimentations.
