Abstract

En temps de crise, l'anticipation est sur toutes les lèvres mais c'est essentiellement dans les périodes que l'on qualifie de prospère qu'elle doit s'ancrer et se préparer ! La veille stratégique est un processus informationnel destiné à développer et à multiplier les capacités d'anticipation et d'innovation des entreprises. Leur permettre de saisir les opportunités et de réduire les menaces pour, naturellement, tendre à transformer les menaces en opportunités car la survie ne tient ni à la force ni à l'intelligence, mais bien aux capacités d'adaptation… Pour que l'entreprise maintienne son agilité, sa souplesse, elle doit être en capacité de capter les signaux de son environnement, de les décoder, pour pouvoir pivoter vers des stratégies proactives. L'entreprise ne doit plus grossir, mais grandir en maintenant sa dynamique entrepreneuriale. Pour cela, elle doit s'organiser pour faire en sorte que la veille devienne un acte réflexe portée par des salariés « intrapreneurs », proactifs et rigoureux, en capacité d'anticiper, d'innover et d'agir en situation complexe. Devenir acteur du changement plutôt que le subir grâce à la veille stratégique.
