Une interprétation des stratégies artisanales à partir des trajectoires professionnelles dans le secteur des métiers

Abstract

Diese Forschung hat zum Ziel, die Markteintritts- und Austrittsstrategien in einem Wirtschaftszweig zu thematisieren. Dabei werden die theoretischen und realisierten Werdegänge der verschiedenen Gruppen von Handwerksbetrieben analysiert. Nach einer modellhaften Darstellung der entsprechenden Berufsgruppen und Akteure des beobachteten Wirtschaftszweiges, wird eine explorative Methodik definiert, die zum Verständnis der verschiedenen Werdegänge und Verhaltensweisen der Handwerker führt. Bei dieser qualitativen Vorgehensweise wurde bei insgesamt 24 Betrieben die notwendigen Daten mittels Lebenslauf und Studie von Dokumenten erhoben. Die Inhaltsanalyse dieser Daten validiert insofern unseren konzeptuellen Rahmen, indem sämtliche identifizierten Handwerker-Typologien (traditioneller Handwerker durch Nachfolge, traditioneller Handwerker durch sozialen Aufstieg, unternehmeri-scher Handwerker und Handwerker durch soziale Eingliederung) ihre spezifische Handschrift bezüglich der Geschichte ihres Werdeganges, der Interpretation ihrer Vergangenheit und der Modellierung der Gegenwart und Zukunft hinterlassen. Die beruflichen Werdegänge illustrieren ausgezeichnet die Strategien der Handwerker. Dabei kann festgestellt werden, dass reaktive Strategien bei der Gründung oder Übernahme, entscheidend sind, um in einen neuen Wirtschaftszweig einzutreten oder den beruflichen Status zu ändern.
