Abstract

Ce chapitre mesure la performance comparée des alliances stratégiques et des fusions-acquisitions par le modèle de mesure de la valeur financière : en prenant le cas des sociétés du SBF 250. Il met en exergue la supériorité des performances des fusions-acquisitions à court terme, mais celles des alliances stratégiques à long terme.
