Abstract

À partir d'une enquête menée par entretiens semi-directifs, cet article étudie trois enjeux que le cadre de l'alternance impose aux responsables pédagogiques de six cursus de sociologie : l'attractivité pour pérenniser le master, la rédaction d'un mémoire de recherche à partir d'un travail de terrain de stage ou d'apprentissage, une double professionnalisation académique et extra-académique. Revenant sur les stratégies que ces enseignants-chercheurs déploient pour relever ces enjeux, l'article montre la tension que la responsabilité pédagogique est amenée à prendre en compte entre la « mise en marché » des cursus en alternance et une démarche de formation qui va au-delà de l'employabilité des étudiants.
