Abstract

L'observation de nos systèmes alimentaires fait ressortir de grandes fragilités qui trouvent leurs origines dans le basculement dans une nouvelle ère géologique qui déstabilise grandement l'activité agricole : l'Anthropocène. Cet article étudie en quoi l'adoption d'une comptabilité environnementale peut contribuer à développer la responsabilité et la résilience des exploitations agricoles afin de relever le défi alimentaire de l'Anthropocène.
