Le financement de la transition en Europe centrale et balkanique

Abstract

Cet article compare les profils de récession et de reprise de la production observés depuis 1900 dans six pays d'Europe centrale et balkanique (Bulgarie, Hongrie, Pologne, République tchèque, Roumanie et Slovénie). Il expose ensuite les facteurs explicatifs de la croissance comme de son caractère divergeant entre pays : le constat que les facteurs de demande (politique budgétaire et aide extérieure en particulier) n'ont eu qu'un impact limité conduit à porter l'attention sur les facteurs d'offre, relatif notamment aux conditions d'ajustement et de financement des entreprises.
