L’entreprise libérée comme démarche managériale innovante et transformative : le cas d’une PME dans les services numériques

Abstract

Cet article se propose de montrer que, dans le contexte des PME, l'entreprise libérée est une innovation managériale à la fois radicale et incrémentale, reposant sur un passage de logiques individuelles à des logiques collectives, ainsi qu'une dynamique de transformation permanente fondée sur la logique de l'expérimentation. Notre recherche, de type exploratoire, repose sur une démarche qualitative centrée sur l'étude d'un cas unique : le cas d'une PME dans les services numériques, Aepsilon, dont le dirigeant a décidé d'innover managérialement en choisissant de « libérer » son entreprise. L'analyse de ce cas nous permet d'éclairer l'origine du projet et ses principes de fonctionnement, puis notamment de comprendre le processus d'expérimentation de cette innovation managériale, ses difficultés et ses effets transformants.
