Abstract

In an environment of low interest rates linked to the abundance of savings, the question of debt sustainability doesn't seem to be a short-term difficulty. However, the question of the modalities of repayment of the public debt remains topical. The current solution of refinancing at low cost thanks to monetary policy should not exclude the possibility of considering other solutions for the repayment of the public debt.
