Abstract

Le changement climatique en cours est un métarisque qui se caractérise par une hausse durable des températures et, avec un plus grand degré d'incertitude, par une modification de l'intensité, de la fréquence, voire de la répartition des aléas climatiques et hydriques, tels que les tempêtes, les inondations et les sécheresses . En raison de la densification des populations et de l'accroissement des richesses, les conséquences socio-économiques du changement climatique sont de plus en plus néfastes . Néanmoins, les territoires, les populations, les systèmes économiques et les écosystèmes naturels ne manifestent pas une vulnérabilité identique et les réponses à apporter en matière d'adaptation et d'atténuation peuvent donc différer. Dans ce cadre, la mesure de la vulnérabilité est déterminante. Dans cet article, nous proposons d'abord une définition de la vulnérabilité au changement climatique puis nous présentons des exemples de mesures de celle-ci.
