Abstract

Des modèles de fonctionnements collectifs qui se veulent innovants sont testés ou mis en place dans différents types d'organisations depuis quelques années. Le terme de «gouvernance partagée» (GP) qui peut les caractériser affiche une volonté commune à tous ces modèles : l'horizontalité dans les prises de décision. L'article présente quatre de ces modèles : la sociocratie, l'holacratie, le modèle opale et la gouvernance cellulaire. Une démarche d'évaluation par interviews semi-structurés d'une formation à la GP a été entreprise auprès d'une entité d'une administration territoriale ; elle montre que les personnes formées sont séduites par des outils de prise de décision et de fonctionnement collectif de la GP, bien qu'elles perçoivent des freins à la démarche. La question du sens, de la mission autour desquels le collectif se structure apparait centrale.
