Abstract

« Les données doivent être aussi ouvertes que possible et aussi fermées que nécessaire ». Dans un contexte de science ouverte et de partage des données, les données collectées au sein du département ECOSOCIO sont, pour la plupart, des données à caractère personnel c'est-à-dire permettant l'identification directe ou indirecte des enquêtés. De ce fait, elles sont soumises au RGPD (Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données). MoISA est unité pilote pour une inscription simplifiée des données au registre. Cette inscription repose notamment sur la validation d'un PGD (Plan de Gestion des Données) décrivant finement la nature des données, leur sensibilité ou encore leur niveau de sécurité. DSW (Data StewardShip Wizard) est un outil open source, déployé pour test par le CATI CITISES après comparaison avec des outils tels que LimeSurvey et Opidor. La présentation vise à présenter DSW, le positionner vis-à-vis des autres outils existants et contextualiser son utilisation.
