Abstract

Dans une étude doctorale engagée en 2018, nous avons examiné la survenance du harcèlement moral au travail (HMT) chez 280 travailleurs sociaux marocains (TS). Nos résultats montrent que 22,50% sont victimes du HMT, dont 19,28% le sont dans la pleine définition de Leymann (i.e. sur une durée d'au moins six mois et à raison d'une répétition d'au moins une fois par semaine). Selon cette étude, le HMT est significativement corroboré aux facteurs organisationnels. De surcroit, les dimensions culturelles (distance hiérarchique, masculinité, tolérance de l'incertitude, collectivisme et religiosité) ont vraisemblablement leur influence dans la survenance du HMT et permettent de mieux comprendre ce phénomène en contexte.
