Abstract
The book content is not based on a specific bibliography research but on a proper authors work concerning Actuarial Mathematics starting from a few issues published by the former Center for Organization and Research in Constructions (COCC - SA) under the Department of Constructions and Public Works of Romania, which gives it a more personal way of presented covered topics. We do not present unknown things, nor do we claim to have made a discovery in the mathematical models of the following chapters, but we hope that the lack of sources of documentation in the field more within the reach of economic agents will give present work a certain interest. In the mathematical rigourous proof of the relationships we aimed to convince the reader that the determined formulas can be regarded as an undeniable guarantee, that the results of the already correctly computations, using the determining factors, are indisputable. This work, as will be seen, has rather a didactic character, addressing economically educated economic agents and engineers, who were less likely to be trained in this regard. It is not addressed to economists, who may have a critical position on the way topics are presented, especially since, out of a desire to broaden their scope, we have tried not to leave too many questions. We decided to publish this work after several specialists in the field, with whom we consulted, suggested this publication idea, associating this need with the explosion that occurs in the evolution of the increasing number of economic agents that, in the working relations could benefit from the knowledge provided by this book. We thank all those who have had the patience to analyze the initial version of this work and whose suggestions and recommendations have led us to encourage its completion that may be sought after. We also apologize to readers if we have not been able to explain some things sufficiently, although we have been particularly careful. We make a pious reverential to the the unfortunate Prof. Univ. Dr. Ec. Ion Càmàsoiu, who expertized this book and whose qualifier for its content was the major urge for us to publish this one. We will also appreciate some suggestions to improve the present content of the book so that, as these issues become of interest to readers, we are willing to work together for a future improved edition.
