Abstract

La littérature académique présente la blockchain comme une technologie ayant le potentiel de bouleverser les pratiques de travail et les processus opérationnels dans la supply chain. Si les bénéfices de la technologie blockchain sont souvent rapportés, ses effets contraignants restent largement moins explorés. A travers l'opérationnalisation de la grille d'analyse de Hald et Kinra (2019), cet article pose la question des effets facilitants et contraignants de la technologie blockchain sur la performance de la supply chain. Le cas Labeyrie est ensuite présenté, se concentrant sur le déploiement d'une technologie blockchain en soutien à une démarche qualité et sourcing responsable.
