Abstract

En soutien à sa démarche qualité, la société Labeyrie a déployé la technologie blockchain en collaboration avec son partenaire et fournisseur historique Cermaq, acteur situé en amont dans la supply chain. Louis Goffaux, directeur des systèmes d'information du groupe Labeyrie Fine Foods, décrit les bénéfices liés à la mise en place d'une blockchain, mais raconte également les défis organisationnels qui ont dû être relevés en amont et en aval de la phase de déploiement de la technologie. Ce cas invite à la réflexion sur les effets facilitants et contraignants de la technologie blockchain sur la performance de la supply chain.
