Abstract

Le réchauffement climatique est généralement perçu par les économistes comme un problème de gestion optimale des ressources naturelles limitées bien que les climatologistes le dépeignent plutôt comme une urgence absolue à modifier nos modes de vie pour éviter un désastre de grande ampleur. Malgré les nombreux engagements pris jusqu'à présent, que ce soit par la communauté internationale ou de manière unilatérale par certains pays, le chemin qui reste à parcourir est considérable, et il semble que les pays ne consacrent pas suffisamment de ressources politiques et économiques à répondre de manière satisfaisante à cette menace.
