Abstract

L'évolution socio-économique de la Russie fait aujourd'hui l'objet d'actes de foi. Pour les uns, elle ne pourrait pas, contrairement aux pays d'Europe centrale, entrer dans la sphère occidentale, car elle serait un monde à part ; pour d'autres, il lui reste certes du chemin à parcourir, mais sa destinée serait fondamentalement européenne. Dans un cas comme dans l'autre, la Russie est jugée à l'aune de l'Europe et on retrouve débattues, comme au XIXe siècle, les ressemblances et dissemblances entre l'une et l'autre...
