Abstract

La dynamique de sortie de crise sanitaire dépendra de l'efficacité des mesures qui permettront un retour normal de l'activité. Ce Policy brief présente des mesures susceptibles de soutenir le revenu, l'emploi, le tissu productif et l'investissement public, dans une optique de court terme. Des premières évaluations sont fournies. La première partie est un résumé du contexte économique. La deuxième partie concerne le soutien au revenu des ménages, la lutte contre le chômage et la pauvreté, notamment des jeunes. La troisième partie concerne le soutien aux entreprises afin d'éviter les faillites et le sous-investissement. La quatrième partie analyse l'investissement public.
