Abstract

La crise sanitaire ayant touché les économies mondiales a mis en lumière leur extraordinaire fragilité face aux dysfonctionnements logistiques. En quelques jours du printemps 2020, la paralysie de systèmes de transport et de nombreuses ruptures d'approvisionnement ont fait éclater au grand jour les effets délétères de la mondialisation et les faiblesses industrielles de l'Europe. Alors que d'aucuns s'étaient félicités de la « logistisation » du monde, au service d'une croissance économique sans limite, la Covid-19 nous a confrontés à la réalité d'un univers marchand vulnérable, à la totale merci de grains de sable. Saura-t-on en retenir la leçon ?
