Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif de déterminer les capacités d'un franchiseur qui sont sources de l'avantage concurrentiel. L'analyse se base sur l'approche des capacités dynamiques et propose un dimensionnement hiérarchisé des capacités du métier de franchiseur et met en avant la nécessité de comprendre les dispositifs organisationnels qui sont responsables de la modification de ces capacités.
