Abstract

L'intelligence artificielle affecte de nombreux secteurs : la santé, le secteur bancaire et financier, le transport, le commerce, l'industrie, le droit, l'éducation… Elle irrigue aussi bien les sphères personnelles que professionnelles. Dans les domaines de la gestion, l'IA atteint d'ores et déjà la finance, les opérations, les achats, le marketing, la vente, les ressources humaines… Qu'en est-il concrètement pour les ressources humaines ? La réflexion s'articule autour de trois points. Dans un premier temps, il est souligné combien l'IA est un objet polysémique et polymorphe. Dans un deuxième temps, diverses applications de l'IA dans le domaine des ressources humaines sont présentées. Dans un troisième temps sont abordées les interrogations et critiques de l'utilisation de l'IA en ressources humaines.
