Abstract

La communication montre comment l'enjeu du changement climatique amène les chercheurs travaillant sur la vigne et le vin à s'engager dans un nouveau régime de production de connaissance scientifique, plus participatif et médiatique, qui vise à concevoir et accompagner des «solutions» fondées sur des «innovations responsables». L'analyse du projet LACCAVE (2012-2021) de l'INRA révèle comment les chercheurs ont ainsi progressivement pris en compte la complexité et les temporalités des processus d'adaptation au changement climatique, puis ont associé les acteurs de ce secteur dans une démarche de prospective participative, dans les sept principaux vignobles français. Les innovations étudiées s'inscrivent alors dans des réponses stratégiques et responsables face à l'enjeu climatique, associant finalement adaptation (responsabilité limitée) et atténuation (responsabilité globale).
