Abstract

L'aménagement économique territorial est au cœur de nombreuses transformations sociétales qui bouleversent ses fondements. L'offre des territoires en matière d'accueil d'activités économiques est aujourd'hui appelée à s'adapter à la raréfaction du foncier, à la nécessaire réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, à la révolution numérique, mais aussi à l'évolution de la demande des entreprises et des actifs. Ce nouveau contexte invite à penser et à agir à l'intersection du développement économique et de l'aménagement, de manière à appréhender le territoire économique dans sa globalité. C'est l'objectif de cet ouvrage. Dans la lignée des deux premières publications de la collection « Théories et pratiques » du CNER, il regroupe à la fois des contributions d'universitaires et de praticiens qui apportent des éclairages sur les principales transformations à l'œuvre dans l'aménagement économique territorial, et des présentations d'expériences mises en œuvre ou à l'étude dans différents territoires pour s'y adapter. Un ouvrage indispensable à tous les professionnels de l'aménagement économique territorial (élus, développeurs économiques, aménageurs-urbanistes, consultants) ainsi qu'aux étudiants se destinant à une carrière dans ce domaine.
