Abstract

Le bien-être de la communauté (BEC) est conçu comme la combinaison des valeurs multidimensionnelles comprenant des facteurs objectifs et subjectifs. La composante objective fait référence aux circonstances matérielles et sociales présentes au niveau communautaire (revenu, éducation, présence d'installations et d'autres aspects similaires). La composante subjective comprend l'évaluation perçue par les individus de leur propre bien-être et de leur valeur au sein de la communauté Cette décennie a vu le concept de responsabilité sociétale des entreprises (RSE) discutée comme l'une des voies potentielles pour les entreprises à contribuer au développement communautaire. La nécessité pour l'entreprise de pouvoir remplir ses obligations envers la communauté est souvent mentionnée comme l'une des principales composantes dans la mise en œuvre de l'initiative RSE. Dans leurs rapports RSE, les entreprises publient les actions solidaires qui sont décidées au niveau local. Ces initiatives de RSE, appelées "responsabilité envers la communauté ", présentent une piste possible d'amélioration du BEC.
