Abstract

How do companies and organisations react to crises? The research presented by Dauphine Recherches en Management (DRM), a university centre for management sciences, on the strategies implemented by companies in crisis situations is organised around the fairly classic issues of restructuring, integrating new challenges, securing transactions and adapting to changes in their environment. However, even if this research is conducted on the basis of multi-year programmes, its results sometimes resonate with current events.
