Abstract

Les salariés sont plus que jamais demandeurs et surtout acteurs de la digitalisation de leur environnement de travail. Cette tendance n'est pas sans conséquence sur l'évolution des pratiques RH et de travail dans les organisations. Cet article vous propose de recourir au potentiel créatif de vos salariés en s'inspirant des pratiques marketing de co-production avec les consommateurs. La première partie présentera pourquoi ce potentiel d'évolution des pratiques RH et de travail n'a jamais été aussi fort, la deuxième expliquera comment le marketing applique le principe de co-production et la troisième montrera des exemples de recours à la co-production par des services RH en France.
