Abstract

Il existe des marchés où ce qui est vendu est usagé, vieux – cassé, parfois. Longtemps repoussés aux marges de la cité, ces « drôles de marchés » étaient réservés aux miséreux ou aux passionnés. Ce temps là est révolu ! Depuis le début des années 2000, la France s'est prise d'une passion démesurée pour l'ancien et la seconde main. Ce livre vous propose de découvrir le fonctionnement des stars du e-commerce spécialisées dans l'occasion : eBay, Leboncoin, Vinted et tant d'autres (CDandLP, Selency, Videdressing, etc.). Mais il vous plongera aussi dans les coulisses des puces, vous initiera aux secrets des vide-greniers et des braderies, et vous accompagnera chez « ma tante » et Emmaüs. Qu'est-ce qui a changé chez les consommateurs qui se jettent avidement sur ces achats économiques, éthiques et ludiques ? Comment est gérée la logistique de particuliers à particuliers ? Pourquoi vaut-il mieux réparer que recycler ? Et l'engouement des enseignes traditionnelles (Carrefour, Décathlon, Ikea) pour les produits d'occasion est-il sincère ? Un drôle de marché, assurément.
