Abstract

La communication se propose de réfléchir au lien entre structure temporelle de l'organisation - en l'occurrence deux organisations discontinues - et dynamisme du travail identitaire. La recherche propose un double ancrage alternant, d'une part le corpus sur les organisations temporaires (temporary organizing, dans le sillage des travaux de Bakker et al., 2016, notamment) et d'autre part la littérature sur l'approche dynamique de l'identité organisationnelle (Gioia et al, 2010 ; Schutz et Hernes, 2012 ; Kreutzer et Rueede, 2019). Les conclusions conduisent à mettre en lumière le fait que la temporalité du travail identitaire est inversée par rapport à celle du travail organisationnel : le travail identitaire se fait essentiellement entre les épisodes organisationnels. Cette approche apporte un éclairage nouveau sur les modes de fonctionnement des organisations discontinues et sur leurs facteurs de persistance dans le temps.
