Abstract

Les limites du management actuel de la santé qui sont encore un peu plus révélées par la crise covid invitent à s'interroger sur la gestion des données de santé pour mieux ajuster l'offre de soins de santé aux besoins réels de la population. Cette gestion des données de santé nécessite une communication entre divers systèmes d'information. Ce dialogue invite à proposer une analyse des données de santé en communs afin de sortir de la vision ambidextre des théories de l'Etat versus marché. Pour répondre à la question de recherche : comment la digitalisation de la diversité des organisations de santé peut-elle contribuer à la planification de l'offre de soins de santé ? Nous proposons d'étudier la littérature scientifique sur la mutation digitale afin de mieux répondre aux enjeux de transformation du système de santé portée par la dernière loi de santé. Il s'agit de proposer une perspective théorique à expérimenter dans le cadre de travaux empiriques à venir
