Abstract

The Business Model (BM) concept appeared in the entrepreneurial context of the start-up. This paper proposes a conceptualization of the BM used within pedagogical programs on entrepreneurship. The theoretical framework was implemented to advice nascent entrepreneurs : the BM appears relevant to help entrepreneurs to understand their core business and to be more persuasive when they try to obtain the ressources necessary for their project and build their business network. The BM is seen as a convention concerning the generation, the remuneration and the share of value, which is distinct from the business plan, written version of the project
