Abstract

La digitalisation et l'hypercompétition participent à un environnement turbulent pour les entreprises qui doivent innover et nouer des relations inter-organisationnelles (RIO) complexes. Dans cette perspective, la « créativité ouverte » et les moyens de génération et sélection d'idées dans le processus d'innovation peuvent offrir une solution. Le recours à des ressources externes, au travers d'une démarche prospective sur la logistique dite « 4.0 », constitue l'objet de cette recherche. L'investigation suit une méthode Delphi-Prodin, peu mobilisée dans la littérature, sur près de huit mois, auprès d'une communauté d'experts. Sur le plan théorique et opérationnel, elle confirme l'intérêt d'un appel à des ressources externes dès l'amont du processus d'innovation. Elle met en avant l'importance des acteurs frontières pour générer et entretenir les liens nécessaires à la création de valeur collective en assumant une partie de la gestion des paradoxes. Sur le plan méthodologique, Delphi-Prodin explicite les étapes de sélection des idées.
