Abstract

La dégradation croissante des eaux souterraines à l'échelle mondiale et leur surexploitation entraînent la multiplication de situations locales dramatiques. Les pompages privés pour l'irrigation se sont systématisés dans des contextes peu régulés, faisant de l'agriculture le premier secteur responsable de cette situation. Lorsque l'agriculture dépend principalement des eaux souterraines, toute son économie se trouve en péril. Il est urgent d'agir.
