Abstract

La responsabilité sociétale de l'entreprise n'est rien d'autre que la maximisation de la valeur de l'entreprise dans le temps, car à long terme, les problèmes sociaux et environnementaux deviennent des problèmes financiers. La justification de la responsabilité sociale et environnementale (RSE) se trouve donc associée à la représentation de la nature et du rôle de l'entreprise et de sa raison d'être. Les entreprises considèrent alors la RSE comme un investissement stratégique qui s'inscrit dans une approche proactive, résiliente, inclusive, fondée sur la création de la valeur partagée. Cette approche est capable de réduire les impacts sociétaux négatifs que peuvent générer leurs activités ou d'induire des impacts positifs si elles pérennisent une culture hybride, tout en améliorant leur avantage concurrentiel. Cet ouvrage présente un développement théorique analysant les enjeux des stratégies de la RSE basées sur la valeur partagée ; il expose deux études de cas et analyse les différentes formes de stratégies d'innovations sociales capables d'induire cette création de valeur.
