Abstract

Depuis quelques années, les recherches sur les applications de l'intelligence artificielle dans le domaine de la GRH se développent. Elles soulignent, notamment, les questions éthiques de ces nouvelles solutions. Les chatbots ou agents conversationnels sont un des outils les plus utilisés par la fonction RH. Cette étude exploratoire présente une typologie de ces dispositifs pour le recrutement à partir de l'analyse d'un corpus de 25 bots. Deux dimensions se détachent : la fonction d'usage (recherche d'informations ou entretien d'embauche) et le degré d'anthropomorphisation mesuré par un score. Cette classification analyse les liens entre les types de chatbots et la responsabilité de l'employeur. Dans cette logique, une analyse de l'impact des chatbots sur les candidats dans une logique RSE est préconisée.
