Abstract

While many restructurings have taken place in our country for the last ten years, it would be possible to expect that many works will be interested in the implementation of employment safeguarding plans, especially with regard to an optional Human Resources system which can be mobilized in this framework: the reclassification cell. From a literature review and the mobilization of a qualitative-research in a professional branch, we will demonstrate that the measurement and construction of piloting indicators are inadequate for reclassification cells.
