Abstract

Cette communication a pour objectif d'expliquer en quoi les partenariats entreprises/associations peuvent constituer des intermédiaires hybrides (au sens de Callon 1991) d'une amorce de concrétisation de la Responsabilité Sociétale pour les entreprises et d'un rapprochement entre l'ESS et la RSE, notamment en favorisant un transfert de connaissance entre le monde associatif et le monde de l'entreprise. Cette recherche part du terrain des partenariats et de ses « faits étonnants », qui permettent de formuler des conjectures théoriques sur les mécanismes à l'œuvre, pour aboutir in fine sur des implications pour ce terrain, selon une approche par abduction. Nous montrerons notamment comment les partenariats permettent à la fois de concrétiser certaines attentes du référentiel international ISO 26000, en terme d'opérationnalisation de la Responsabilité Sociétale, et comment ils peuvent rapprocher des acteurs de l'ESS et de la RSE.
