Abstract

Le rachat de l'entreprise par ses salariés (RES) offre une alternative au problème posé par le remplacement massif des dirigeants de PME. L'observation et le vécu personnel d'un rachat de l'entreprise par ses salariés ont suscité le questionnement suivant : Qu'est-ce qui différencie le chef d'entreprise qui réussit la transmission à ses salariés de celui qui ne la réussit pas ? Nous pensons que c'est au chef d'entreprise par son comportement qu'il incombe d'initier cette réponse de nature entrepreneuriale. Le but de ce article est d'aider les chefs d'entreprise à prendre conscience de la préparation sociale et entrepreneuriale des repreneurs potentiels que nous appelons intrapreneurs. Cette prise de conscience devrait provoquer chez eux un comportement approprié pour préparer la s uccession.
