Abstract

La crise sanitaire que vous traversons actuellement met en évidence à la fois l'importance des structures publiques pour l'organisation de la vie sociale et économique de nos pays et de leurs habitants, mais aussi les limites et insuffisances dans leurs modes actuels de fonctionnement. Ainsi, le Covid 19 illustre plusieurs types de problématiques, d'un point de vue du management public, auxquelles des modes adaptés de pilotage des politiques locales pourraient répondre.
