Instabilité de l’univers stratégique et dynamique des canaux de distribution : le cas des produits industriels

Abstract

Cette recherche s'efforce de déterminer comment l'instabilité de l'univers stratégique, en influençant les politiques relationnelles des acteurs, agit sur la dynamique des canaux de distribution. Pour ce faire, l'exemple du commerce inter-entreprises – un secteur peu étudié jusqu'alors – a été mobilisé. Une étude de cas diachronique a été réalisée dans le cadre de la distribution des composants électroniques en France. Les principaux résultats ont montré que les turbulences de l'environnement transforment sensiblement la nature et l'intensité des stratégies relationnelles à l'œuvre. Un clivage notable survient au cours de la période d'instabilité, traduisant un changement dans les modalités d'application de ces stratégies. Il en résulte une modification du contrôle et de la structure des canaux de distribution en place, sans que leur cohésion ne s'en trouve cependant altérée.
