Abstract

Cette recherche met en évidence le rôle de l'anticipation de la valeur dans le pro- cessus d'innovation entre partenaires. l'approche théorique de nahapiet et Ghoshal (1998) sur la création de connaissances ainsi que la dimension méthodologique de l'analyse de la valeur permettent d'appréhender la formation d'un compromis autour de la valeur d'un prototype à concevoir, puis son impact sur la mobilisation du capital social afin de parvenir à innover. une recherche intervention, relative à la conception d'un automate de dispensation de médicaments, montre l'intérêt de faire émerger une valeur anticipée commune pour permettre l'échange et la combinaison de savoirs.
