Abstract

Les collectivités locales font partie des acteurs mobilisés autour du développement de la mobilité internationale des étudiants, depuis la France et vers la France. Nous nous proposons ici de discuter, au travers de l'exemple des politiques publiques menées à Nancy, du rôle que peuvent jouer les communes et les intercommunalités françaises. Seront abordés les éléments qui poussent la collectivité à investir ce champ d'action, avant de présenter les différentes actions menées, avant d'en discuter des intérêts et des limites.
